How can I get in contact with the Customer Service department? 
If you have a question regarding an order or any or tickets that appear on the Over9 ticket site then you can reach our customer service department by e-mail, we aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours.  Contact us at forevercrazy@over9.co.uk  or on 0207 388 5018 (Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm, except bank holidays).

How do I know if my order has gone through?
All successful purchasers will be sent a confirmation email.

I haven’t received a confirmation email, what should I do?
Please check your junk and spam mail boxes and also allow up to 6 hours to receive your confirmation email. If you still haven’t received your email confirmation after this time please contact customer services at forevercrazy@over9.co.uk  

How do I change the delivery address for my tickets?

How long will it take to get my tickets? 
Tickets bought from www.ticketsforevercrazy.co.uk will be dispatched up to 2 weeks before the event. If you have not received your tickets 7 days before the event please contact us at forevercrazy@over9.co.uk  .

What do I need to bring with me if I have to collect tickets at the box office?
Please bring your confirmation email and the card used to book the tickets. If you do not bring these with you, you will not be able to collect your tickets. It has to be the ticket purchaser who collects these tickets.

Please note; if you have purchased tickets from another ticket vendor please check with them as to when your tickets will be dispatched.

What should I do if I lose my tickets?
We cannot guarantee lost or stolen tickets will be replaced. Please keep your tickets safe. If you do lose your tickets or they are stolen please contact forevercrazy@over9.co.uk

What should I do if I have been sent the wrong tickets?
Please contact us as soon as possible at forevercrazy@over9.co.uk

Are there any age restrictions at the venues?
18+

What do I do if I am disabled?
If you are registered disabled you are entitled to a ticket for yourself and your carer in the lower price ticket bracket. If you would like to book a disabled access ticket please contact us at forevercrazy@over9.co.k leaving us your contact details are call our customer service helpline on 0207 388 5018 (Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm except bank holidays).

How will I get my champagne included in the Champagne packages?
The champagne will be waiting on your table on arrival.

What time does the venue open?
The doors open 1 hour before the first performance. The box office opens 2 hours before.

Is there any food available at the venue?
No, there is no food available at the venue, however if your group is over 30, canapé's can be ordered by emailing forevercrazy@over9.co.uk or phoning 0207 388 5016

Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code

What is the running time of the show?
The show runs for 2 hours, this includes a 30 minute interval


Is there any parking at the venue?
There is no parking at the venue itself, however there is parking underneath the National Theatre across the road, and close by on Coin Street.

How do I get to the venue?
Find the best route for getting to Southbank Centre by visiting
Transport for London's Journey Planner.

  • Nearest underground stations:
    Waterloo (Bakerloo, Northern, Jubilee and Waterloo and City lines)
    Embankment (Circle and District lines)
  • Nearest railway stations:
    Waterloo, Waterloo East, Charing Cross
  • By bus
    Buses stop on Waterloo Bridge, in York Road, in Belvedere Road and in Stamford Street.
  • By river
    Boats stop at Festival Pier.
  • By bike
    Bike stands are located in Southbank Centre Square.
  • Parking
    Parking is available if you will be driving to Southbank Centre.

Can I get a Refund on my tickets? 
Tickets are non refundable please refer to the terms and conditions for further information.

My card keeps getting declined. What is going on?
Don’t worry - there are 2 main reasons that your card could be declined:

  1. We could not match the credit card address to the address entered. Make sure you typed the billing information in the correct area, and you entered the address exactly as it appears on your credit card bill.
  2. The bank has declined the card. Either there is a hold on the card or insufficient funds. Please contact your bank for more information.


Why do I need to create a log in and password?
For your convenience, the system will save your order history, primary billing, and primary shipping address for future use and for you to keep a record of your order. Your credit card information is secure, and is not saved. 

When will my charge be processed?
When you make a purchase, the charge is processed immediately. Depending on our payment processing partner, charges can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your account. 

What name will appear on my bank statement?
The name "Over9 Ltd" will appear on your bank statement. 

Who are Over9? 
We are the official partner of THE PROMOTER this means that all the products we sell are official. We have a direct relationship with the Promoter and they have agreed for Over9 to sell the tickets direct, Over9 are not a secondary ticketing agent.

Why do you collect so much information about me?
All the personal information we collect about you will be used to fulfil your purchase, to contact you if there are any issues with your order and to keep you informed with event information. If you have specifically agreed to receive further information and have agreed to sign up for third party communications, the details you have agreed to at this point will be used for purposes specified in the Privacy Policy only. 


I am having general problems with the store and/or making payment?
If you are experiencing issues, please contact our customer care team at forevercrazy@over9.co.uk, please include the following information where possible

  • The site you are on and what page you are having difficulty
  • The internet browser you are using (Internet Explorer 6, Netscape 7.02)
  • What time the problem occurred
  • Please cut and paste into the email any error message that appeared on the screen or simply hit “print screen” and send the image as an attachment to your email


The Ticket I want to purchase is showing sold out? Will you be getting anymore?
We know it is frustrating to see a ticket you want and then you realise it is sold out. However sometimes some of our tickets are very popular and sell out very quickly, so you need to be quick to get your hands on them. From time to time more tickets for an event do become available at which time these will be made available on the site.
